Returns Exchanges

Return, Exchange & Store Credit Policy

We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit for most returns, with the exception of FINAL SALE or SALE items.

• Exchanges incur a 20% restocking fee.
• Store credit is subject to a 10% restocking fee and expires 365 days from the issue date.
• Orders exceeding $350 are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Restocking Fees

Some special order items may have a higher restocking fee. If applicable, we will notify you via email, phone, or text for approval before processing the order.

Exchanges

• Limited to one exchange per original order.
• Items received through an exchange are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged further.

Store Credit

• Issued as a digital gift card that tracks your balance and expires 365 days from the issue date.
• Store credit is provided for the original purchase amount minus a 10% restocking fee.
• Items purchased with store credit are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Store credit cannot be refunded and will remain as store credit.

Return Policy

Return Timeline

• Approved returns must be shipped back within 5 days of approval.
• Returns sent after this period will be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.

International Orders

• All international orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases where an incorrect item was sent.

Final Sale Items

• Items marked as SALE or containing SALE in the title are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• The return must be shipped within 5 days from the date of approval.
• Please provide the tracking number for your return.
• Once we receive the dress, we will notify you and issue a refund or exchange as applicable.

Return Condition Requirements

All returned dresses must meet the following conditions:

✅ Original Packaging: Must be in the original clear bag (not a garment bag).
✅ Tags Attached: All original tags must be intact.
✅ Clean Condition: Free of pet and human hair.
✅ Properly Packaged: Must be securely packed with care.
✅ Odor-Free: No smoke, perfume, or other odors.

If the returned dress does not meet any of these conditions, it will be returned to the buyer at their expense.
