At SMC Dress, we strive to provide clear photos and accurate descriptions so customers know exactly what they are purchasing. By placing an order on smcdress.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Return Policy
We do not offer refunds or returns.
For eligible items, we may offer:

Exchange for another size or style (20% restocking fee)

Store credit (10% restocking fee)
All requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Personal Preference
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted based on personal preference, including expectations regarding fabric, material, color, style, or fit. Product photos on our website show the actual dress and are intended to accurately represent the item.
Product Appearance
Due to differences in screen settings, lighting during photography, and fabric dye batches, colors and fabric appearance may vary slightly. These variations are normal and do not qualify for exchanges or store credit.
Sizing
Please refer to the size chart on each product page before placing your order. Sizing may vary by designer and style. We are not responsible for fit issues resulting from selecting the wrong size.

Exchange Terms

Limited to one exchange per original order

Approved exchanges must be shipped within 5 days
Items received through an exchange are considered final sale.
Store Credit
Store credit is issued as a digital gift card and expires after 365 days. A 10% restocking fee applies. Store credit cannot be refunded and items purchased with store credit are final sale.
Return Conditions
All returned items must:

Be in original clear bag packaging

Have all tags attached

Be clean and free of makeup, stains, hair, or odors

Be securely packaged
Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the buyer at their expense.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
International Orders
International orders are final sale unless the wrong item was sent. Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
